P.A.C.E.D. Coaching Services vision is to inspire, empower, and transform lives through the power of running. We strive to be the catalyst that helps individuals uncover their potential, embrace their inner strength, and experience the immerse joy and fulfillment that running brings. Together, we will create a world where running becomes a transformative force, unlocking the extraordinary within each athlete.
Owner and Head Coach. Maya is a Certified RRCA Run Coach and Army Veteran. She is affiliated with numerous run organizations and has been running for over 26 years. She is currently pursuing running 50 half marathons in all 50 states. Outside of running, she also enjoys Bikram Yoga, hiking, kayaking, cycling, and zip lining.
Not sure where to begin? A popular distance for both beginner and experienced runners. It's a manageable distance that provides a good challenge while being achievable with some training and preparation.
The sweet spot. Preparing for a 10K race requires a combination of endurance, speed, and proper training.
